The theory and practice of curriculum development in health
education, including philosophy and principles of curriculum
development; community involvement; scheduling and sequence of health
instruction; yearly, unit, and lesson planning; course of study
preparation; evaluation strategies; and practical procedures for
organizing a curriculum development project.
