This course is designed to introduce students to the experimental
techniques involved in studying the behavioral aspects of human
perception, with an emphasis placed upon the study of human vision.
The course will involve a series of laboratory exercises, written
assignments and computer programming projects related to various
aspects of visual perceptual processing, such as motion perception,
depth perception, pattern identification and object recognition. P329
is a prerequisite for taking this course. Previous experience in
computer programming is recommended but not required.
