Ph.D. students in the Department of Telecommunications are required
to take this course four times.  Other graduate students are
encouraged to take this course.  Members of the faculty, advanced
graduate students, and visiting scholars present their research to
students enrolled in this course as well as to members of the
department and the university community on a weekly basis.  The
course is graded on a pass/fail basis.
