T410 Movement for the Theatre
Prerequisite:  THTR T120
May be taken for Graduate Credit

If this class is closed, interested students should add themselves
to the electronic waitlist, attend the class and emphasize to the
instructor their interest in the class.  Waitlisted students who
make the effort to attend and contact the instructor will be given
priority for admittance into the course.

Actor based, Movement for the Theatre is devoted to the development
of the physical instrument using an eclectic approach which includes
Feldenkrais, isolations, mime, aerobics, jazz, and modern dance.
Other topics that are explored are elements of movement employing
Laban vocabulary, movement as a means for character development,
mask, and hand-to-hand combat.
