U401 Special Topics in Studio Art-3D Computer Modeling
Open to undergraduate students.
Selected topics in studio art not ordinarily covered in other
departmental courses. May be repeated once with a different topic.
Explore the 3-D modeling program Rhinoceros to create objects using
the computer. The goal of this class is to acquire a technical
proficiency of 3D modeling in order to create successful 3D computer-
generated models or renderings that are applicable to your creative
area. Technical skill and creativity are equally important
qualities that will be explored in this course.
