The course will cover informatics approaches based on the sequence
and 3D structure of biological macromolecules (DNA, RNA, Protein)
whose objective is to improve our understanding of the function of
these molecules. The main topics will include moleculare
visualization; structure determination, alignment, and databases; and
prediction of protein structure, interactions, and function.
