Course description: The course will cover the major topics in
Molecular Biology such as DNA replication, transcription,
translation and gene regulation. Course materials will include
material from the primary scientific literature, periodicals and the
textbook.

Required textbook: Molecular Biology of the Gene 6th ed Watson et
al. 2007
