Description of course content: Analysis of recreation program
activities, objectives, determinants, and group dynamics involved in
the leadership process.  Assessment and evaluation of programs and
leadership techniques.

(third edition). Boston, MA: McGraw Hill



Summary of Assignments: Each student will participate in the
leadership of three group leadership experiences, and will complete
a paper based on interviews with and observation of professional
recreation leaders.  Grades are also based on participation and two
exams.
