Strongly Recommended: Course in Phonology

The course provides an introduction to the study of word formation
and structure in three ways.  First, it introduces fundamental
concepts involved in the study of morphology.  Second, it focuses
on the principles of morphological analysis and description,
applying them to problems from a wide variety of languages.
Third, it identifies some of the traditional issues in morphology
and examines various approaches in trying to resolve these issues.
