"This course introduces students to tools and concepts to analyze
politics.  Students will learn how political scientists frame
research questions, how they collect and analyze information, and
how they present research results.   In addition, students will
learn practical research skills that they can use for future career
development such as: how to design a research project, how to
collect data, how to conduct interviews and focus groups, how to
write a survey, and how to visualize and present information."
