S&H; Jewish Studies History & Society course

This course will examine the root causes, evolution processes, and
main issues which comprise the Arab-Israeli conflict. We will
discuss various aspects of Jewish and Arab nationalism and state
building; exile, diaspora, and migration; armed conflicts; peace
processes and peace-making strategies and future scenarios. Special
focus will be on the different and conflicting narratives of this
conflict as well as on its social and economic aspects in both
Palestinian and Israeli societies.
