This course comprises the fourth and last semester of a two year modern
Greek instruction.  The second part of the semester will be devoted to
Modern Greek literature texts complemented by material from Greek
newspapers and magazines.  Therefore, complex grammatical/syntactical
forms and advanced vocabulary is required.  Emphasis will be placed in
class communication in Greek. Additionally, students will be asked to
produce a good deal of writing in Greek.
