Introductory Mongolian II
This course will continue the introduction to the basic elements of Mongolian pronunciation,
grammar, elementary conversation, reading and writing on the base of competencies mastered in
the first semester. The language we will be studying is Cyrillic-script Mongolian as used in
Mongolia. By the end of the semester students will have mastered the main methods of linking
sentences through converbs, when clauses, relative clauses, conditionals and so on. Active
vocabulary will be over 500 words.

Prerequisites: Introductory Modern Mongolian I or consent of Instructor.
Days and Time: Daily, 10:10-11:00.
