Graduate students only, 2 credits; P: grade of C or better in K101 or
equivalent proficiency
This course is the second part of first-year Korean, and is intended to
help student further develop conversational and grammatical skills from
those learned in the first semester. Students will practice speaking,
listening, reading, and writing with more complex structures. For
instance, students will learn how variations in as a speaker's stance or
intention affect his or her linguistic choices, and how to talk and write
about complex events and logical relationships. Simple reporting and
writing will also be practiced.
