	This course examines foreign policy decision making, great power
politics, the north-south conflict and global inequalities, multinational
corporations and their role in international relations and the international
political economy, the global environment, issues of war and peace and
military policy.  Students will be provided theoretical concepts and
analytical frameworks to use in thinking about the critically evaluating
international political affairs.  The reading load is approximately 75 pages
per week.  There will be a midterm and a final essay exam.
