This course covers the scientific study of the etiology, course,
assessment and treatment of various psychological disorders.  Adult, as
opposed to child, psychological disorders will be the primary focus.
Course requirements are as follows:
Attend all class sessions, some material will be covered in class that is
not covered in the textbook.
Read all assignments from the assigned abnormal psychology and case study
books.  Students will be responsible for assigned readings, as some
material from these sources will not be covered in class.
Exams: Four in-class examinations, which will tentatively have multiple
choice, fill in the blank, and short answer questions.
One 3-5 page paper will be required, which will involve library research.
