In this course, graduate students will learn the fundamentals of college
teaching including course design, text book selection, syllabus
preparation, lecturing, evaluation writing, ethics, and interacting with
undergraduates in the classroom.  This course was designed to prepare
psychology graduate students for teaching P211, the departmental
experimental methods course, during the following academic year.  Students
will develop experiments for the course and also share ideas about what to
include in the course during the following year.  Successful completion of
this course is a requirement for the PhD in Psychology.
