In this seminar-oriented course, students will develop the skills
needed to perform as delegates to a simulation of decision-making in
the European Union.  The simulation takes place in Indianapolis, in
concert with other colleges and universities from across the
mid-west. Readings will cover the institutional development of the EU,
as well as issues of rhetoric and effective oral communication.  There
will be no final examination.
