CLASS MEETING:
One 75 minute period four times per week (Monday thru Thursday)

Human Anatomy Coloring Book

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
General introduction to history and explanation of the system of Hatha yoga,
along
with opening (diaphragmatic) breathing exercises (pranayama) and 5 basic
toning
exercises (asanas) twisting, forward bend, bridge, setting, balance and
relaxation.

ATTENDANCE:
Students are allowed a maximum of 3 absences.  Upon a fourth absence a
student
has three (3) options:  1) receive a grade of F; 2) officially withdraw from
the class;
3.  follow an appeal procedure through you instructor and/or the Elective
Program
Coordinator.

GRADING:
Grading will be based upon attendance, effort and completion of assignments.

Graded on letter grade system.
