This is a hands-on course in which the student will have the
opportunity to practice and evaluate methods in design and
presentation of various approaches to bibliographic instruction
including library skills and orientation, user education,
discipline-specific instruction, and information literacy. Students
will be expected to research and debate information literacy theory,
and to make several extensive oral presentations, which will be
subject to critical review.
