To obtain authorization, pick up an Individual Reading Authorization
form in BH 642 and have the appropriate faculty member sign the form.
Return the signed form to BH 642 and one of the secretaries will then
put your authorization on-line before you register. F495 may be
repeated. Does not count as 400-level course in residence for major or
minor.
