Classical Studies | Second-Year Latin I
L200 | 1769 | Ed Roe

L200 meets daily at from 8:55 to 10:10 AM.

This course centers around reading selections from Caesar's Gallic
War in the original Latin. A basic review of grammar learned in First-
Year Latin will be integrated into the structure of the course, but
students will need to enter with a solid grasp of these concepts in
order to keep up with the faster pace of a summer session. Near the
end of the course, the focus will shift to Latin poetry, in
preparation for students' progression into L250. Credit not given for
both L250and L400.
