This course is designed for teachers, administrators, and graduate
students interested in education of talented visual arts students
and integrating arts and academic subjects.  Issues will be examined
relative to gifted education as they bear on education of high
interest and ability art students, including problems of definition,
characteristics, identification, program arrangements, integrating
arts and academics, creativity and art talent development, and
historical and philosophical backgrounds of these issues.
