Techniques of Public Health Education (3 cr.) Skill building in health
promotion program planning. The course reviews different models of
program planning, methods of needs assessment, theories of behavior
change, types of community organization, the principles of social
marketing, the steps of program implementation, the techniques of
evaluation, and the basics of presenting a proposal.
