S333 The Hispanic World (3 credits)

P: S275 for students who matriculated before Fall 1995
P: S311 for students who matriculated Fall 1995 or after

This course studies Hispanic literature and culture through the analysis
and discussion of representative literary works from both Spanish America
and Spain.  It includes an introduction to narrative, poetry, and theater.
Students will be evaluated on the basis of class attendance and active
participation, exams, and written assignments.  The course will be taught
in Spanish.

Note: Credit is given for only two of the following: S331, S332, S333.
This course may be taken concurrently with S311.
