CLASS MEETING:
Meets one fifty minute period four times per week.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Intermediate Swimming is designed to teach and improve stroke technique and
turns, teach basic training principles for use in designing your own
workouts, and develop swimming endurance through regular training.
ATTENDANCE:
Students are allowed a maximum of three (3) absences. Upon a fourth absence
a student has three (3) options: 1) receive a grade of F; 2) officially
withdraw from the class; 3) follow an appeal procedure through your
instructor and/or the Elective Program Coordinator.
GRADING:
Grading will be based on attendance, performance, and written and skills
testing. Letter grade.
