Prerequisite:  two years of high school algebra or Mathematics M014; one
year
of high school chemistry; and C125 concurrently.  Students must have a score

of 17 or better on the Math Skills Assessment Test.  A score of 580 or
better
on the Math SAT, and a passing score on the Chemistry placement examination
(given this year on 14 June, 1-3 p.m.) to enroll in this course.

NMNS	Basic principles, including stoichiometry, thermochemistry, atomic
and molecular structure, gases, solutions, and selected topics in
descriptive
chemistry.  Credit given for only one of the following:  C100, C101, C105,
or
S105.
