This course will expose the students to legal principles which
control the processes of the criminal justice system. Students will
learn to read and analyze judicial opinions (court case decisions),
apply legal tests to fact situations to determine potential case
outcomes. Students will become familiar with the nuance distinctions
and key vocabulary terms which control the legal tests which govern
the administration of criminal justice in the United States.
