The topics covered in the course include the locality of movement,
the basic design of the grammar, interaction with interfaces, phrase
structure, PRO, Case, and the EPP. Although the main goal of the
course is to explore the fundamentals of the Minimalist Program by
comparing it with the GB theory, I expect to get to the cutting edge
of the current theorizing in minimalism with respect to some of the
topics listed above.
