Students must enroll in POLS-Y 350 or WEUR-W 405 with Sissenich.
Seminar taught in European language in conjunction with a subject
course on a topic related to Western Europe.  Language proficiency
in target language equivalent to completion of fourth semester or
consent of instructor is required.
