Doctoral students develop their plans for theses subject to
criticism by other doctoral students and faculty.

Prerequisites:
P:Must have successfully completed the qualifying exam. (PhD
Recorder will need to give electronic permission to register.)

Special Notes:
The courses at the 700 level are open only to doctoral students.
