The mission of the Indiana Latino Leadership Conference is to celebrate the uniqueness of Latina/o students in a forum by and for students. This forum seeks to cultivate the exchange of ideas, values, and beliefs in order to promote scholarship, leadership development, and empowerment of Indiana's college and high school Latina/os. The conference is scheduled for Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Ball State University campus in Muncie, Indiana.

This year's theme "Identity: the search for collective consciousness" invites young adults to join and help build their community, all the while embracing their identity; remembering who they are and where they came from. We are a people of action, furthermore, we must lead by example showing younger generations that by embracing our culture and working with the community we can reach the masses. We are not the future; we are the present! No somos el futuro; somos el presente!

On behalf of the planning committee consisting of students from Indiana University Bloomington and Ball State University we invite you to take part in the 12th Annual Indiana Latino Leadership Conference as an exhibitor. This annual conference hosts over 350 Latino high school and college students from across the state of Indiana. Through the exhibitors, we hope to share with attendees information on colleges/universities, scholarships, career opportunities, internships, and Latino-orientated organizations. If you are interested in securing a booth during this conference, please let us know by February 4, 2011. Booth fee for non-profit organizations (including student groups) is $25.00 and for for-profit organizations is $50.00. If your booth representatives would like to join us for breakfast and lunch, there is an additional $12.00 fee per person.
