Asian Pacific American Heritage Month reception The Asian Pacific American Faculty and Staff Council and the IU Asian Culture Center will hold a lunch reception formally opening the celebration of the Asian Pacific American Heritage Month on Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at 12 noon in the Grand Hall of the Neal Marshall Black Culture Center. On this occasion, they will announce the winners of the annual writing contest and honor the accomplishments of faculty, staff, and students. Lunch will be catered by local Asian restaurants. Attendance is by invitation only. The reception is made possible with support from the IU Office of Diversity, Equity, and Multicultural Affairs. The writing contest is sponsored by the IU College of Arts and Sciences, IU Asian American Studies Program, and the IU Asian Culture Center. For more information, contact: acc@indiana.edu
