The Institute for Broadening Participation has information on internship, research, and funding opportunities for students interested in science, technology, mathematics, and other related-disciplines
Are you a student (pre-college, undergraduate, or graduate) interested in science, technology, mathematics, and other related-disciplines? Would you like a paid internship, summer research experience, scholarship, or fellowship? Are you ready to search for opportunities? If so, there is good news: The Institute for Broadening Participation has information on internship, research, and funding opportunities from multiple organizations including NSF, NIH, and NASA. By completing the IBP student information form, students will receive up-to-date information about these opportunities. Note that deadlines for programs and awards are as different as the number of scholarships and fellowships. ÊUsually, however, they occur early each calendar year, so the application process often is in full swing by late summer or early fall. The competition for fellowship money is brisk, making for hard, fast deadlines. ÊStudents should register today!
