ACC's Over a Cup of Tea presents "Minorities in the Media"

"Minorities in the Media" is a presentation and discussion on how the media portrays minority vs. majority and what it means for mental health. The guest presenter is Jennifer Simmons, predoctoral intern at IU's Counseling and Psychological Services. Jennifer attended school in Chicago and has an interest in social justice and diversity. While in Chicago, she worked with the underserved populations working to reduce stigma and gain access to mental health.
