Eiteljorg Museum turns 25 and celebrates 22nd annual 'Indian Festival and Market'

The Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art was founded by Indianapolis businessman and philanthropist Harrison Eiteljorg. Its mission is to inspire an appreciation and understanding of the art, history, and cultures of the American West and the indigenous peoples of North America. The museum turns 25 years old on June 24, 2014.
Join the museum staff for a weekend celebration of Native American cultures through art, music, dance, demonstrations, food, and more at the 22nd annual Indian Market & Festival June 21 and 22, 2014. The event features Native performers and more than 150 artists from more than 60 tribes. Indian Market and Festival is a one-of-a kind cultural experience right here in the Midwest.
