IU Presidential Update: Busy, productive trip strengthens IU’s Asia ties

In his June 17, 2014, update—Indiana University President Michael McRobbie discusses the school's international strategic plan.  The plan is designed to give direction to expanding international programs on all campuses.  Among the plan's many aspects, it seeks to provide IU students in every field the "global competencies in order to understand, collaborate, and compete with their counterparts around the world."

McRobbie shares campus statistics that demonstate "IU is more internationally focused and committed than at probably any other time in the university's history."

In his update, McRobbie also acknowledges the successes of the IU delegation he led to Asia last month.
