IU Vice President Edwin Marshall calls upon the IU community to encourage student participation, consider hosting an event, or sponsor a movie night in honor of the life and legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. during Bloomington's annual MLK Day celebration in January 2013. The campus-wide programming celebrates the life of Dr. King and provides opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to rally together in demonstration of the ideals and aspirations of Dr. King.
