Selections for the 2013 program have been finalized. We have issued letters, via U.S. postal mail, indicating the admission status of each applicant. In fairness, we will not provide the names of 2013 campers by phone or email. Thank you......Testimonials.....

Student Selection Criteria:
- Be in 5th, 6th, or 7th grade at application deadline date
- Entering 6th, 7th or 8th grade in the fall of 2013
- Have at least a "B" average in science and a "B" average in mathematics courses
- Score at the median to superior level in standardized science and mathematics tests
- Have a genuine interest in science and mathematics
- Must be an Indiana resident and currently be enrolled in a school within the state of Indiana
- Be recommended by current science and mathematics teachers who must each submit a completed Recommendation Form and write a separate letter of recommendation
Application Process and Checklist:
- Parent/Guardian and student complete and sign the Student Application Form (pages 2-5)
- Student writes a 250 word essay (instructions on page 3)
- Parent/Guardian and student sign and complete top half of the Request for Records form (page 6) and give to child's school registrar. Registrar will complete bottom half and mail the form along with student's most recent transcript and standardized test scores to Indiana University
- Parent/guardian or student writes student's name and other information at the top, and then gives a Teacher Evaluation and Letter of Recommendation Forms (pages 7-10) to the student's current science and mathematics teacher(s). If the student has the same teacher for both subjects, all forms are given to that teacher (see instructions on page 7 or 9)
- Parent/Guardian mails completed pages 2-5 to the camp
Only paper student applications will be accepted (no faxed or emailed applications please).
For application, Download Student Application Form Here All matierials including the Student Application Form, essay, records and recommendations are due on or before the deadline date of Friday, March 29, 2013. Please follow up with the school registrar and teachers to make sure they return materials to us on time.
Selections for the summer camp will be made in May 2013 and written notifications will be mailed to the students' home addresses. A wait list system may be used if needed.
