I don't think it is reasonable to list prices and labs in that there are different rates for different procedures, government vs academic rates, currency differences etc. However here is a list of labs, and e-mail addresses from the responses I recieved. Each program has a different emphasis, but the basic calibration results are the same. I don't have current information on all of the programs, so the addresses listed below may be out of date. There are also some other calibration programs with limited distribution. If anyone has more current information, please let me know.
