The Publications Committee of Division 16 of the American Psychological Association (School Psychology) is pleased to announce the publication of five volumes in the "Applying Psychology to the Schools" series:

"Responding to the Needs of Aggressive Children and Their Parents: A Practitioner's Guide to Parent Training" -- Timothy Cavell

"Relationship-based Interventions Between Teachers and Children: Developmental Systems Perspectives on the Practice of School Psychology" -- Robert Pianta

"A Practitioner's Handbook fo Health-Related Disorders in Children"--LeAdelle Phelps, Editor

"Psychology in Schools and Communities"--Ronda Talley and Candace Sullivan

"Applying Psychology to the Schools" is a new book series sponsored by Division 16 and published by the American Psychological Association. The series is designed to meet the school psychologist's need for detailed intervention recommendations that are scientifically supported. Volumes in this series integrate theoretical developments and empirical findings to provide a framework for conceptualizing problems and selecting assessment and intervention approaches.
