at the Indiana University Art Museum

Gallery Talk: Illustrating Don Quixote
Prior to the concert, Steven Wagschal will present a short gallery talk on a suite of woodcuts by the German Expressionist artist Walther Klemm on Don Quixote.

Don Quixote, A Hero in Ballads

The ensemble“Fénix de los ingenios” and guest artists will present the romances, ballads and dances of Don Quixote.

This concert was made possible the generous support of the Latin American Music Center of Indiana University, the collaboration of the Department of Spanish and Portuguese of Indiana University, of the Global Village Living-Learning Center of Indiana University, and a grant from the Program for Cultural Cooperation between Spain's Ministry of Culture and United States Universities.
