Golden Ragwort (Senecio aureus)

Native perennial of wet to moderate woodlands, stream borders, and floodplain forests

Full sun to light shade and wet to moderate conditions (plant anywhere)

Blooms yellow, April - June

Grows 0.5 - 2 ft.

Faunal Associations:

    • Small bees (Cukoo bees, etc.)
    • Flies (Syrphid flies, etc.)

Fun Fact: Toxic to horses, dogs, and cats
