Site Notification (THPs) (MS Word)
Notice of a Site on the THP. Two options for when this could be sent. (1) Immediately after the survey when the number of sites and protection measures have been determined. Discuss results of this notification in the CAA at the time of submittal, or (2) immediately after the PHI. The CAA will need to be amended after submittal to discuss results of this notice. Note: This notice must be sent only if a Native American Archaeological or Cultural Site (defined in the rules) is identified within the site survey area of a THP.
