How to Enroll
CAL FIRE Employees
From March 1, 2008 through April 15, 2008, all CAL FIRE employees wishing to enroll in one of these classes are instructed to contact the appropriate Unit Training Officers to obtain one of the allocations being distributed. The Regional Training Chiefs are distributing allocations. These are:
* Carol Jolley (for CAL FIRE Northern Regions)
* Tim Kish (for CAL FIRE Southern Regions)
* Tony Mediati (for Sacramento Headquarters)
CDF students must complete a TR-7 and CLFA's Registration Form.
Non-CAL FIRE Employees
Registration to enroll in one of these classes began on March 1, 2008 and will continue until all classes are filled. Students are requested to complete the registration form and submit that to CLFA via one of the three ways:
* Email: Fill out the form on your computer, save it to a file, then email it as an attachment to clfa@volcano.net . On the email subject line put: Arch Registration
* Fax: Print out this form, fill it out and fax to CLFA at: 209-293-7544
* Mail: Print out this form, fill it out and mail to: CLFA, P.O. Box 1516, Pioneer, CA 95666
All of these classes will probably fill so we recommend you register for your preferred dates as soon as possible.
