- The Task Force on Evidence-Based Interventions in School Psychology operated from 1999 through 2008. The original purpose of the Task Force was to assist with the coding and reporting of effective interventions in school psychology. In addition the Task Force developed coding manuals to assist researchers in school psychology to design high quality intervention studies. As other professional groups became involved in reviewing interventions in mental health and education, the focus of the Task Force shifted to promoting high quality research in school psychology. The coding manuals on this website are designed to promote this agenda.
