Title: A Pedagogical Note on the IS-LM Model
Abstract: This note will be of particular value to teachers of the intermediate macroeconomic theory course. It identifies a serious limitation in the diagrammatic presentation of the IS-LM model when the increasingly difficult-to-ignore influence of international capital flows on the balance of payments is recognized.
