Title: Teacher and Student Economic Understanding in Transition Economies
Abstract: A new data set is described and then used for an exploratory investigation of whether seminars for teachers conducted by the National Council on Economic Education (NCEE) through its International Education Exchange Program (IEEP) had a beneficial effect on the economic understanding of the high school students of these teachers.
