Title: Economics Goes to Hollywood: Using Classic Films and Documentaries to Create an Undergraduate Economics Course

Abstract: This interdisciplinary approach to teaching economics uses the motion picture to teach elementary economics. The authors show how the plots in many films can be used to illustrate problems and issues that are amenable to economic analysis.
