Emeriti House programs are free and open to all IU faculty and librarian retirees, the spouses, partners, widows and widowers of retirees, and their guests, as well as those from other colleges or universities who have relocated to this area. Ramp access is available for those with disability. Emeriti House is located at 1015 E. Atwater, one block east of the Atwater Parking Garage. Parking for those with IU Disabled Permits is available along the alley way directly behind Emeriti House. Those with IU "A" permits only may park in the Atwater Parking Garage free of charge. Those without a permit may park in the garage and pay the hourly fee (posted at entrance), paid directly to the attendant. Individuals with a "C" permit (and any other permit except "A") must pay the hourly fee, but can park free of charge after 5:00 p.m.
